Hotel policies

Entrada (check-in) 15:00 hrs Salida (check-out) 12:00 hrs.

Present official identification (INE or PASSPORT) at your check-in.

• Cost for lost keys $120 pesos

• Free parking and public areas monitored by CCTV.

• Avoid taking towels out of the room.

• All our rooms are non-smoking.

• Pets are not allowed.

• It is not allowed to enter the hotel weapons of any kind, narcotics, or intoxicating drinks.

• Any damage or loss caused by the guest to the real estate of the hotel property must be paid according to the established value of the company.

• The hotel is not responsible for valuables that are not deposited in the safe or forgotten objects in public areas.

• All visits to rooms occupied by guests are strictly prohibited, except those made with the authorization of management.

• The establishment reserves the right to request the evacuation of any person who is inside the facilities without authorization.

• The guest can be asked to vacate the room for making scandals that disturb other guests, without any responsibility for the hotel or refund of their paid stay.

• Pool from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

• Restaurant from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm

Cancellation Policy Individual reservations

• Cancel up to 48 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.

• One day before check-in credit cards are verified for the total of the first night, in case the charge is rejected you will be contacted

to update your credit card, if you are not located, the cancellation will be made, without any responsibility for the hotel.

• In case of No Arrival, one night's stay will be charged and the other nights reserved will be released.

• This policy does not apply to the non-refundable rate.

For groups of at least 5 people

• A bank deposit is required, the sales department will contact you to set a deadline to receive your deposit.

• Cancellations are accepted 30 days in advance so as not to generate a charge, with fewer days the one-night No Show charge applies.
